Whitehill Town Council invites residents and businesses to enter the Town in Bloom competition. 

Free to enter: You can enter as many categories as you like! 

Submit a maximum of 3 photos per category. 

 Categories:

  • Allotment plot 
  • Bug hotel
  • Scarecrow
  • Wildlife garden
  • Community garden
  • Hanging basket, container & window box
  • Jubilee creation/display
  • Small or large floral garden display
  • Unusual planter creation

 Entries close on 23 July 2022. 

Winners will be announced at the Summer Fun Day on Saturday 6 August 2022 at the Forest Community Centre.

HOW TO ENTER

You can enter the Town in Bloom competition either by:

 

  • Entry form available to print off as a PDF and post back to our office: Entry form 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All resident, allotment and business entries must be located within Whitehill & Bordon.
• All entries must be your own work and not brought already completed/grown.
• Entries must be received by the deadline of 23 July 2022.
• A maximum of 3 photos per entry.

Terms & Conditions

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ENTRY?

After the deadline on 23 July all photo entries will be viewed by our judging panel and winners will be contacted. 

The judges will need to verify the winning entries and will make contact to confirm a suitable time to do this. 

The winning entries will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Summer Fun Day in August at the Forest Community Centre. 

The information you have provided will be processed and stored in accordance with our GDPR policy so that it is possible for us to contact you for the purposes of the Town in Bloom competition. 

By providing this information to Whitehill Town Council, you are giving consent for personal data to be stored and used by Whitehill Town Council. 

The personal information will not be shared or provided to any other third party or be used for any purpose other than that for which it was provided. All data will be deleted once this competition has finished.

The town will also have other displays of Town in Bloom at different locations around the town. 

Currently there are plans for the following features for the town:

Edible fruit and vegetables located at; 
  • The Phoenix Theatre 
  • Community Garden on Budds Lane
  • Honeypin Orchard  

Edible flowers and vegetables located at; 

  • Chalet Hill planters 
Hanging basket/trough located at; 
  • The War Memorial
  • Jubilee Park  
Spring bulbs and summer bedding located at; 
  • Conde Way roundabout
Themed gardens located at; 
  • The Phoenix Theatre
