You will have the chance to try different types of meditation. There will be discussion on what meditation is and isn't, as well as some short talks on the benefits of meditation and the scientific evidence to support these claims. We will also look at ways of overcoming difficulties in establishing a daily practice.
Louise Watson trained with the British School of Meditation, allowing her to teach a variety of meditation techniques. Through her own daily practice, she has personally experienced the positive impact meditation can have on our lives. She is now dedicated to sharing its many benefits with others and helping people find a practice that truly works for them.
