Silver surfers page

Bordon Silver Surfers are run by Age Concern Hampshire to introduce the benefits of computing to the over 50's.

Volunteer tutors provide an hour's one-to-one tuition in all aspects of computing, from 'How do I switch it on (and off)?' to 'How do I partition my hard disc?'

We run four one-hours sessions from 12 noon until 4pm on Wednesdays in the Forest Community Centre in Pinehill Road, Bordon.

The sessions are free but we invite contribution of £3 to cover the cost of the hire of the room and the broadband connection.

Drop into the sessions at any time on a Wednesday to find out more about us.
