Whitehill Town Council owns and manages sports pitches at Mill Chase Recreation Ground. There is also an informal open space on the Lindford Road – Knaves Mire (also known as the Laundry Pitch) that can be used for a casual kickabout.
Mill Chase Recreation Ground is home to Wey Valley Football Club and benefits from a sports pavilion funded by the Football Foundation.
