Mayor Visits Local Schools with Book of Condolence for Her Majesty The Queen

On Thursday 15 September, The Mayor visited local schools so that children and staff from each school could sign pages in the official Queen Elizabeth II Book of Condolence.  He visited Bordon Infant and Junior Schools, Woodlea Primary School, Weyford Primary School, Hollywater School and Oakmoor School.  Pupils and staff from each school wrote their tributes to The Queen.  The book will be archived, and a condolence letter from Whitehill Town Council will be sent to the Buckingham Palace, letting them know of the existence of the book in the Town Council’s archives.
