PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT – A new Pump Track to replace the BMX Track

Although we are aware that the BMX track gets used, we have also had enquires of installing a new Pump Track, and we have seen the new one that Alton TC has recently installed, we feel this would be a good replacement for the BMX track with more twists and turns making it more fun! Unfortunately, we cannot have both, because we don’t have anywhere to install it as this would need to go on Town Council land.

The surfacing is better for the environment, is hardwearing so won’t need any upkeep and the Pump Track is inclusive for all users with a bike, it doesn’t have to be a pump bike.
