SUMMARY
To provide administrative and IT support to the Town Clerk, Deputy Town Clerk, Town Mayor, Deputy Town Mayor, Town Crier and other members of staff. Proven experience of maintaining the electronic filing system, handling and responding to all correspondence including, phone calls, emails and letters. Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently when planning and preparing Town Council meetings and events. Take notes at meetings, preparing minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants. Strong communication skills together with promotional use of social media and website of the Town Council’s meetings and events.
